Only your personal belongings, and don’t forget your sunscreen! We have taken care of all the rest.
For our sunset cruises and VIP transfers we also suggest you bring a light jacket or a windbreaker just in case it gets chilly. - Do I need to arrange my transfer service?
No need to! We will arrange your transfer to and from your accommodation. In case you want to skip the free transfer, we can meet directly at the port. The onboarding and offboarding site of our cruises is the same, so you can easily use your own means of transport.
- Can you suggest any routes?

- What if I cancel my booking?
We have a full refund policy for cancellations made up to 3 days before the reservation date. You can find our detailed Terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy here
- What if the cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions?
In case the weather conditions do not allow for a comfortable cruise (e.g. above 6Bf), we will either reschedule for another day, depending on availability, or cancel the cruise free of charge.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer and cash – you can pay in advance or on the spot.
- Is fuel cost included in the cruise price?
Yes, the price includes fuel costs.
- Do you provide snorkeling and fishing equipment?
Snorkeling equipment is available for all passengers and included in the cruise price. Fishing equipment can also be provided upon request, free of charge.
- Is your vessel insured?
Of course. In accordance with relevant legislation, the company and the vessel are insured against all liability.
- What personal data would I need to provide?
For the provision of our services, we will need your full name, email / phone number and the name / address of your accommodation in Santorini to arrange for transportation.
