Cruise terms and conditions

The client agrees to the below Terms & Conditions at the moment of payment. The agreement is subject to Greek Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts. No employee of SeaSanto Boat Cruises other than its managers has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.

 

Cancellation Policy: No fee is charged for cancellation made 3 days before confirmed book date. For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations made 24 hours before the date of the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged. If the client wishes to change the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.

While we will use our best endeavors to operate the boat cruise as advertised, we reserve the right to change or modify the route of a scheduled cruise, or to cancel it, in case of inclement weather or for any other reasons we deem do not ensure full safety for our guests. In case of wind over 6 Bf, the captain has the authority to decide if the agreed route can be modified to provide maximum comfort and safety and inform the customer. In case there is a price difference between the new itinerary and the original one the customer will be reimbursed. In case of cancellation of a cruise due to inclement weather conditions, clients will be informed of an alternative date for the initially chosen tour. In case no alternative date is booked, a 100% refund of the down or full payment is applied. Cancellation requests will be only accepted in writing at booking@seasanto.gr.

Payment terms: A down-payment of 50% is required to book the tour; the remaining amount shall be paid before the scheduled cruise, on the cruise date. For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before the cruise time), 100% of the amount is paid during check in. All advertised cruise prices include: all standard SeaSanto Boat cruises services, skipper, fuel and 24% VAT.

Children pricing policy: Children up to 2 years old are free of charge; children from 3 to 12 years old are charged 50% of the official price of the excursion.

Cruise schedule: The exact duration and time schedule of the cruises is adjusted during the season depending on the time of sunset.

Use of sea toys or other activities terms: Any passenger who uses the sea toys, snorkeling equipment etc. provided onboard takes full responsibility in case of an accident during said use. SeaSanto Boat Cruises is not to be held accountable for any accident during use of said equipment, or any other activities added in the future, unless otherwise specified. In the case of children, their parents or

guardians accompanying them during the tour, are held accountable for the use of sea toys by the children and are responsible for the children’s safety during said activities.

Travel insurance: Clients together with their personal property including baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.

Illness or disability: Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeit. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable SeaSanto Boat Cruises to take additional precautions for the Client’s safety and enjoyment at such times as may be appropriate.

Trademarks: the name SeaSanto Boat Cruises and other company graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade dress of the company in Greece and/or other countries. Company’s trademarks and trade suit may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company.

Release from liability & personal data: Before embarkation, all passengers are requested to sign the relevant declaration

Complaints: In cases of complaints, notice must be given to SeaSanto Boat Cruises by written communication on booking@seasanto.gr specifying the precise nature of the complaint within 24-hours of the event or occurrence and not after the charter period has ended. Any claim or complaint after such period, may be disregarded.
