About one hour northwest of Santorini, Folegandros might be giving the former a run for the title of the most photogenic island in the Aegean! A live example of the striking white and blue Cycladic architecture, boasting wild natural beauty and unspoiled waters.

Our tour will begin from the beach of Agkali and its radiant turquoise waters – Agkali means “hug” in Greek, describing the huge rocks that appear to be hugging the beach. Next to it lie two remote coves, Agios Nikolaos and Galyfos, providing ample opportunities for a peaceful dive and a refreshment onboard.

As we set off towards the southern part of Folegandros, we make our way to Katergos, the island’s most iconic beach and arguably one of the most beautiful in the Aegean. Long, with small pebbles, clear blue waters and unique rock formations, the beach is accessible only by boat.

Karavostasi, the beach close to the island’s port, will be our final stop for an invigorating swim and a delicious meal in one of its traditional taverns. We will depart from Folegandros in time to enjoy our peaceful return to Santorini and its magnificent sunset in the waters right below Oia.
